Ross Valley Real Estate

Kathleen Holtzer

A Bay Area native, I moved to Marin in 2004 and never looked back. I love Marin County and feel incredibly blessed that my job is helping people build roots in this beautiful area I call home. As a licensed Realtor and Broker, I strive to deliver excellent and knowledgeable service to all of my clients. Understanding the process of buying and selling real estate can be very stressful, I do my very best to make it as seamless, clear and enjoyable as possible.

I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2002, but feel as if I grew up in the business since it was the “family business” since I was a little girl. I started holding open houses at 15, worked my summers as a transaction coordinator and paid for business school by selling real estate. Over the years, I have worked on every side of the business from buying and selling properties, remodeling and rehabbing houses to short sales and foreclosures. During the economic downturn of 2008, I worked on a team that sold over 300 distressed properties and have received designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert.

After many years in real estate and various agencies, I joined Coldwell Banker because I was very impressed with the quality of their agents and their brand promise and believe they are the best fit for me and for buyers and seller in my area. I am a member in good standing with the Marin Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

I received my Bachelors degree in English from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and my Masters degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara University. I am very active in my local community: I am the Chair of the San Anselmo Parks & Recreation commission, served many leadership positions on the Ross Valley Mothers club and volunteer in school-related parent clubs. When I’m not talking about real estate, I can often be found hiking Sorich Ranch, driving my kids to endless extra-curricular activities, cooking up something delicious or sitting back and enjoying a glass of wine.
